If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase you can return the item within 7 days for a full refund. Items must be unworn and in original packaging and sent back with the return paperwork that it arrived with. Online purchases can be returned in store for store credit only with original paperwork. If you have purchased something online and would like a full refund you must return items via mail with the instructions sent in your package.

FAQ: Why are in store purchases returnable for store credit when online purchases are available for refund?

This is because when you are in one of our brick and mortar shops you have the ability to try the item on and see the item in person, when we ship our online orders across the country and when you purchase something online you have yet to try it on and or see it in person.
